I have this device and service for Christmas 2005 in anticipation of The Howard Stern Show on Sirius. My husband and I had installed in our car. Four months after a while it deceased. Not be a signal. Politics Sirius' replacement warranty is that I have a bad pay) for the whole system torn from my car antenna and all b) pay to return to Sirius, c), wait an additional 7-10 business days after receiving the unit broke and looking for a replacement by mail, d) pay an additional fee to be reinstated. I did it very reluctantly, kicking and screaming all the time. Sirius responded by saying they were "sorry". Well, today is day number 7 and have received my unit broke, but not yet included in the system yet, so I have to wait until they do, wait another 7-10 days before deciding to send a replacement, undoubtedly renovated units. I am frustrated with Sirius and their shotty customer service. Sirius has Howard leaves today or tomorrow I leave too.
